The Estée Lauder Companies was popular this past week as it named a new Brand Ambassador for the Estée Lauder brand, and the Group announced the Company’s sustainable packaging initiatives.
 
Korean singer, actress, and philanthropist IU is Estée Lauders’ first Korean Global Brand Ambassador. Her first campaign will feature the brand’s Advanced Night Repair and Double Wear franchises. 
 
The Estée Lauder Companies’ latest sustainability report highlights that 71% of all ELC’s packaging is now refillable, recyclable, reusable, recycled, or recoverable—according to the reports from the 2023 fiscal year. 
 
Co-founder of The Honest Company, Jessica Alba has stepped down from her role as chief creative officer, as she “redirects her focus on new projects and passions.” She remains with the company as a member of the Honest Board of Directors.
